  • Dwell TACT’s Heathdale Residence featured in DWELL Magazine July, 2015

“The house that TACT built in Toronot’s Cedarvale neighbourhood for Vince and April Casali is as provocative as one of Richard Serra’s massive steel sculptures. It too, features Cor-ten – in burnt-orange panels in the face – and is a thing of beauty or a behemoth, depending on the perspective. And much like a Serra sculpture, it inspires wonder. Behind its weathering steel is a home brimming with sunlight, wooded landscape views, and the latest technology.” Text by Laura Mauk, Dwell

Market Wharf by Context Developments is a 470 unit, 580,000sf Condominium featuring one of the preeminent Amenity offerings to be found in Toronto. The concept for the Market Wharf interiors was born out of the curved elements inherent in the building’s design with its wave-like balconies and the curvilinear outline of the Amenity component. The spaces can be experienced as you stroll along the Esplanade, drive by on the Gardiner, or as you enjoy sweeping City views from within.

  • Sync Condos Sync Condos gets “Grade A” review from architecture critic Christopher Hume June, 2013

“Happily handsome yet unobtrusive, this eight-storey condo fits into the streetscape effortlessly […] Sync falls into the very human scale and rhythm of the old city, something that has flummoxed contemporary planners and architects for decades. The building itself has no grand pretensions. It does its job of filling in a missing part of the urban fabric but isn’t loud and unnecessarily attention-seeking. […] Sync is the very model of restraint. This is one well-behaved building. Grade: A
